Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to the Emergency Lights mobile application (“Emergency Lights”, “the app”, or “the Application”), published by Nikola Stojković (“we”, “us”, or “the Developer”).
Information we collect
Emergency Lights does not collect personal information. The app does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, advertising identifier, or payment information.
The app does not send usage information, diagnostic information, or device information to the Developer. It does not include advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, social, or tracking SDKs.
Information stored on your device
Emergency Lights stores a small amount of app configuration locally on your device in order to provide its normal functionality. This may include:
- whether you completed the first-run safety acknowledgement; and
- your selected app language.
This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to the Developer. You can remove it by clearing the app’s storage in Android settings or by uninstalling the app.
Device backup
Depending on your Android device settings, Android may back up app data through your device manufacturer’s or Google’s backup service. Emergency Lights does not initiate those backups and does not receive their contents. Backup processing is governed by the privacy policy and settings of the applicable platform provider.
Advertising and analytics
The current version of Emergency Lights does not display advertisements and does not use analytics or tracking technologies.
If a future version adds advertising, analytics, purchases, or another service that processes personal data, this Privacy Policy will be updated before that version is made available.
Third-party services
The app itself does not transmit data to third-party services. If you download the app through Google Play, Google may process information in accordance with its own policies. This activity is governed by Google’s privacy policy, not this Privacy Policy.
You can review Google’s Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy .
Children’s privacy
Emergency Lights does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other user. Because the app does not collect personal information, there is no personal information for us to retain, disclose, or sell.
Data security
Because Emergency Lights does not collect or transmit personal information, the Developer does not maintain a server-side database of user information for this app. The local settings described above are protected by the security controls of your Android device.
Your choices
You can change the app language from Settings at any time. You can remove locally stored app settings by clearing Emergency Lights storage in Android settings or uninstalling the app.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app’s functionality or data practices change. The revised policy will be posted at this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
